Interior Services

Our interior inspections are designed to ensure your home stays secure, functional, and well-maintained while you’re away. During each visit, we:

 

  • Confirm all windows, doors, and attic access points are locked and secure.

  • Test alarm systems, including smoke, carbon monoxide, and security alarms, with battery replacements as needed.

  • Check A/C temperature and humidity levels, and replace air filters when necessary.

  • Look for signs of water damage, mold, or pest activity

  • Run water through fixtures, flush toilets, and check that circuit breakers and lighting are functioning properly.

  • Inspect appliances, including refrigerators and freezers, for proper operation, odors, and potential leaks.

  • Examine high-risk areas like under sinks, around toilets, behind appliances, and near water heaters or softeners for any signs of leaks or issues.
